Rubber particle size reduction
Rubber flows seamlessly around the resizing system until it is meticulously reduced to the precise size required for subsequent processing. Once this sizing is achieved, the rubber is stored appropriately for further action within the Reactor. During this process, the steel reinforcement embedded in the rubber is efficiently separated using powerful magnets and subsequently sent to foundries for recycling purposes. It is noteworthy that approximately 15% of all tyres consist of steel and other reinforcing materials, highlighting the importance of proper recycling methods in our operations.
