Barco is proud to be the only rubber compounding company in the United States that offers a comprehensive take-back program for all our customers manufacturing scrap and end-of-life products . Our state-of-the-art recycling facility is capable of processing up to 100 tons of rubber per day, recovering valuable resources such as 30 tons of carbon black and and upto 50 tons processing oil. This closed-loop system not only reduces waste but also supports our mission to foster an environmentally responsible rubber industry.
